Porcelanosa Grupo is the largest building conglomerate in the world, with showrooms all over the world. Tell us something about the brands that you carry and a little history about the brands (and maybe about how you ended up carrying them in the local market)

The Porcelanosa brands are the following:

Porcelanosa - tiles with classical design

Venis - tiles with modern and contemporary design

Urbatek - tiles for commercial / high traffic use, large format tiles for cladding and countertops (Xtone - artificial stone)

Lantic - natural materials from a wide range of pre cut  stone wall and floor tiles; glass, stone, metal ceramic mosaics, engineered wood, etc.

Krion - solid surface material for building claddings, countertops, bathroom fixtures, etc.

Butech - building technologies such as building cladding using Krion of Xtone, waterproofing,  adhesives, grout, special tools, tile accessories, water drains etc.

I, being the founder of Casa Europa, was invited to be the partner of Porcelanosa Grupo by the owner Mr. Silvestre Segarra, 8 years ago, when I was still a developer in BGC.  We met because I was the first Developer in the Philippines that awarded a project to Porcelanosa Grupo. This was the Infinity Tower project in BGC.

What makes the brand premium and desirable to our clients?

Our quality standards are the highest for all our products when compared to the industry standard. Our warranties are also the best locally, since all the products we supply carry the Porcelanosa worldwide warranty allowing us to serve any client with a valid claim almost immediately. As an example of our quality standard, the industry standard for tile variances, with respect to thickness or straightens of tile is 0.1%. The Porcelanosa tile standard is 0.01% or 10 times better than the industry standard.

Service-wise, what can clients expect?

We have the most efficient logistics system such that an indent order can be delivered to the client within 45 days from payment of order.  This is because we have containers leaving Porcelanosa Grupo every week, only because the centralized logistics center of Porcelanosa, carries all the products of the 8 companies.  Hence we don’t have to wait for a container of Noken fixtures to be ordered and then loaded, since we can combine all products from the 8 companies  in one container. So the uncertainty of indent order is eliminated.  And if you order all your materials for your project from us, we can deliver all of them in one container, hence totally eliminating headaches with deliveries from various suppliers.

Because of our globally linked inventory system, we know immediately whether we have your product choice on stock locally, regionally (Asia) or in Porcelanosa Grupo, hence making it easier to finalize the order 

We have a dedicated team of technical service personnel to assist clients with the products they purchase,  upon delivery or for any problems after installation.

The Porcelanosa worldwide warranty assures clients that if there are any legitimate claims on the products they purchased, it will be immediately serviced by Porcelanosa through Casa Europa.

We also have a large inventory of on stock items as a backup for clients in a rush and cannot wait for 45 days indent order.

Investing in premium materials such as Porcelanosa products admittedly can be an expensive proposition. But the old adage applies, when you invest in quality you get quality.
